The designation process can be intimidating for those who don't understand it. Let us help you understand how you are affected by a NOR.
A notice of requirement protects land from being used in a way that would prevent the proposed public work or network utility.
This is done through the designation process. Our responsibility is to ensure that the conditions associated with the designation allows sufficient flexibility for any project changes that may come about through the detailed design process. If you already have an existing designation in place, we can also assist with preparing an outline plan for works on the designated site.
