Our planners have detailed knowledge of the RMA and associated legislation, and are able to help you get all types of Resource Consents granted efficiently, no matter the size of your project.
Bring us on board early to get help with your due diligence process. We are able to produce feasibility reports that will outline the expected costs and schedules required for the granting of your Resource Consent.
The different types of Resource Consents we are familiar with include, but are not limited to, land use & subdivision consents, discharge to land, air or water permits, coastal permits, and National Environmental Standard Applications.
Some projects will require a Council pre-application meeting to discuss feasibility with Council and to gauge support or identify any issues early on. Our planners can represent you at these meetings.
During the lodgment process, our planners will prepare an Assessment of Environmental Effects Report, lodge and management the project progress, coordinate external and internal consultants, deal with abatement notices.
