3 Mirage is New Zealand’s first dedicated Light Experience Centre, located on Fenton Street in Rotorua’s commercial and retail precinct. LW Architecture delivered the building consent documentation for this landmark visitor experience, translating a highly immersive concept into a coordinated consenting package.
