A three-storey home designed for multigenerational living on a prominent Manurewa ridgeline. Expansive living and entertainment spaces take advantage of the elevated setting. LW Architecture coordinated architecture, planning and civil engineering, working with Council specialists to address ridgeline controls on height, exterior colours and landscaping. The owners had moved in by September 2025.
